Nightmare – Poem #1


Night creapt in swifly, with no signs of warning.

Threatening the peaceful plots of morning.

Visions of terrors that are ment to bind.

Peace, body, soul, and mind.

Simply from thoughts thought several years prior.

Holding tight to now like a pair of grip pliers.

Stopping only at self resignation.

Curious plites of deep meditation.

Releaseing faults of blame and borrow.

Time releases pain from sorrow.

Say to the night peace yet be still.

And awaken your mind a peaceful still.

This workout is to be preformed in three divided sets M/A/N. Perform run 5 days out of any given week.
M/A/N= Morning, Afternoon, and Night

Day-1 15 pull-ups/ 5 min. break/ 15 dips/ 5 min. Break/ 25 push-ups 3 sets M/A/N
Day-2 5 min. One Arm Extended Plank (One on each arm). 30 push ups, 20 pull ups, 20 shoulder sruggs, 10 min. plank

Day-3 15 pull-ups/ 5 min. break/ 15 dips/ 5 min. Break/ 25 push-ups 3 sets M/A/N

Day-4 5 min. One Arm Extended Plank (One on each arm). 30 push ups, 20 pull ups, 20 shoulder sruggs, 10 min. plank

Day-5 15 pull-ups/ 5 min. break/ 15 dips/ 5 min. Break/ 25 push-ups 3 sets M/A/N
